Brussels-based designer Patrick Seha has long worked at the intersection of function and visual restraint. The Xylo wall-mounted coat rack grows directly from his Piano collection, a body of work that finds its formal logic in the keyboard: a row of elements, each discrete, each part of a larger composition.
The name Xylo is no accident. The foldable hooks, distributed across the full length of the panel, carry the same rhythmic quality as the bars of a xylophone. Folded flat, they read as a single graphic object on the wall. Extended, they become a fully functional rack suited to coats, bags, towels, or shoes.
