At Luminaire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting and decor; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled, resaleable condition.

Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repack your items to prevent breakage.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned fixtures, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
