Grillo

Designed by Daniele Sprega for Davide Groppi, the Grillo distills the outdoor spike lamp to its most essential gesture. A slender ground spike anchors an adjustable LED projector, directing light with quiet authority toward a path, a planting, or a particular moment in the garden worth holding.

Davide Groppi is a Piacenza-based lighting house known for its philosophical approach to light: not as decoration, but as atmosphere. Each fixture is an exercise in reduction, finding the minimum form that allows the light itself to speak.
