FJU Desk

The FJU Desk operates on a quiet principle: a workspace should disappear when it is no longer needed. A concealed hinge mechanism allows the desk to fold vertically against the wall, converting the writing surface into a shelved cabinet that sits flush with the surrounding architecture.

The design originated as a prototype within Cologne-based studio Kaschkasch before Living Divani recognized its potential and brought it into production. That path from experiment to object reflects the studio's disciplined approach, where formal economy and spatial intelligence are inseparable.
