The Fia Carafe is the product of that discipline: a mouth-blown glass vessel whose conical profile resolves, with quiet wit, into a glass sphere. The sphere functions as a stopper at the neck, or it can rest in a recessed seat at the base of the carafe, freeing the opening and shifting the object's visual weight entirely.
