Bontà Lamp + Plate
Bontà begins with a question: what if a lamp could also hold a meal? Designed by Attila Veress and Davide Oldani, the object emerges from a dialogue between two distinct sensibilities, one rooted in the craft of light and one in the ritual of the table. The result is neither purely a lamp nor purely a vessel. It is both, conceived as a single gesture.
The body is formed from white textured milk glass, hand-crafted so that no two pieces are identical. Its diffuse glow is gentle and close, the kind of light that belongs to a meal rather than to a room. An upper recess receives a glass bowl designed for sharing food. The bowl is interchangeable, available in taller or wider forms to suit the occasion and the dish.
- Portable, battery-operated construction suited to the table
- White textured milk glass body, each piece unique
- Upper recess accommodates interchangeable glass bowls
- A collaboration between designer Attila Veress and chef Davide Oldani
