Bontà Lamp + Bowl
Light and food have always shared the table. The Bontà, conceived by designer Attila Veress and Milanese chef Davide Oldani, makes that relationship explicit. A lamp and a bowl, inseparable in form and intention.
The diffuser is handblown from textured milk glass, its surface catching and softening light in a way no two pieces replicate exactly. Where the glass curves inward at the top, a bowl rests, an open invitation to gather. That upper recess accepts interchangeable bowls in varying heights and widths, so the composition can shift with the occasion and the mood.
Oldani's culinary philosophy, which he calls "pop cuisine," insists that beauty and pleasure are not reserved for the few. That conviction runs through every decision here: the warmth of the glow, the generosity of the shared vessel, the portability that places this object wherever conviviality happens to be.
