Atman Table Lamp
A milestone in Enzo Catellani's practice, the Atman began with a journey to India and an encounter with sacred oval stones worn smooth by devotion. That form, quiet and complete in itself, became the lamp's defining gesture: an oval body of crystal glass that holds light the way a stone holds warmth.
Its name derives from the Sanskrit word for "soul," and the piece carries that etymology honestly. The integrated LED board emits a 2700K glow at 149 lumens with a CRI of 85, casting the kind of intimate, amber-edged light suited to a bedside surface or a considered console.
- Oval crystal glass body
- Nickel-plated base with nickel and black dimmer
- Integrated LED, 2700K, 149 lm, CRI 85
- Handcrafted in Italy by Catellani & Smith
Compact and sculptural, Atman marks the moment Catellani first committed to LED as a medium, not merely a technology. The result is a lamp that reads as an object before it reads as a light source.
