Amarimono Tote Bag
In the Asahi region of Japan, furniture and silk production have coexisted for generations, each trade leaving behind remnants of color, texture, and material. The Amarimono Tote is born from those remnants. Woven strips of leftover fabric, gathered after furniture manufacturing, are united into a structured, slim tote that carries both daily essentials and a considered point of view.
The name says it: amarimono means "leftover things" in Japanese. What might be discarded becomes the raw material for something whole. Each bag is unique in its color combinations, shaped by whatever the production floor left behind. Exterior pockets on each side, finished in a contrasting color, keep frequently reached-for items within easy reach. A durable leather handle completes the construction.
